CF 120 - Representations of Vermont Origin

On October 7, 2005, the Attorney General’s Office adopted a Consumer Fraud Rule, (CF) 120, under authority granted by the Vermont Consumer Fraud Act. The rule, which addresses the use of the word "Vermont" in labeling and advertising, became effective on January 5, 2006.
