CERTIFICATION FORMS

In order to sell cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco in Vermont, all tobacco manufacturers must be certified by the Vermont Attorney General and comply with all applicable statutes. All manufacturers must submit a Certification for TPMs pursuant to Complementary Legislation, before April 30th of each year.

Non-Participating Manufacturers ("NPMs") must also submit the following:

Annual TPM Certification

Quarterly Certificate of Compliance for NPMs re. escrow payments - 2012(form)
