Entergy Motion for Preliminary Injunction

Within days of suing the state, Entergy filed a motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin Vermont from enforcing its laws during the pendency of the case. This is the motion that was argued before Judge J. Garvan Murtha, U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, July 23 and 24, 2011, in Brattleboro, Vt.
