Danville Man Sentenced To 5 To 12 Years All Suspended But 3 Years To Serve For Cocaine Charges

The Vermont Attorney General’s Office announced today that Richard Trudeau, 25, was sentenced on September 20, 2011, in Vermont Superior Court in Caledonia County to 5 years to 12 years imprisonment, all suspended but 3 years to serve.

Trudeau was convicted after a two day jury trial on April 27 and 28, 2011 of six counts of selling cocaine to a confidential informant.
