Press ReleasesDanville Man Sentenced To 5 To 12 Years All Suspended But 3 Years To Serve For Cocaine ChargesCONTACT: Cathy Norman, Assistant Attorney General, (802) 828-5512 September 20, 2011 The Vermont Attorney General’s Office announced today that Richard Trudeau, 25, was sentenced on September 20, 2011, in Vermont Superior Court in Caledonia County to 5 years to 12 years imprisonment, all suspended but 3 years to serve. Trudeau was convicted after a two day jury trial on April 27 and 28, 2011 of six counts of selling cocaine to a confidential informant. |
