Attorney General William H. Sorrell announced today that on June 26, 2012, Joshua P. Lemieux, age 40, of West Rutland, Vermont pleaded guilty in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Rutland County, to one misdemeanor count of Driving on a Suspended License.

At the time of the offense, Mr. Lemieux’s driver’s license had been civilly suspended for six months as a result of failing to submit to a test to determine the amount of alcohol in his system after he was arrested for driving under the influence. The court sentenced Mr. Lemieux to a $300 fine.
