Press ReleasesJury Convicts Rutland Resident Of Sale Of CocaineCONTACT: Evan Meenan, Assistant Attorney General, (802) 828-5512 May 3, 2012 Attorney General William Sorrell announced today that a Rutland County jury found Charlotte Lynn Bunnell of Rutland, Vermont guilty of one felony count of sale of cocaine. Ms. Bunnell will be sentenced on a future date. The maximum penalty for the offense is imprisonment of not more than five years, a fine of not more than $100,000.00, or both. The Court released Ms. Bunnell on conditions pending sentencing. |
