No Criminal Charge To Be Filed In Alleged Sexual Assault Involving Off Duty Trooper

March 26, 2008 - The Vermont Attorney General's Office announced today that it has concluded its review of an investigation by the Brattleboro Police Department into an allegation of sexual assault in Brattleboro involving an off duty state trooper. The Office has concluded that there is not sufficient evidence to support the filing of any criminal charge.
