Transportation
Five attorneys represent the Agency of Transportation. All are assigned to the Agency itself including one who is housed at the Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition to providing general counsel services, these attorneys represent the Agency in litigation involving eminent domain, contracts and property ownership issues. Additionally the attorneys provide advice and representation to the State Traffic Committee, the Transportation Board, and New Motor Vehicle Arbitration ("Lemon Law") Board.
