Four attorneys, and one adminsitrative assistant handle the trial and appellate caseload and general counsel work for the Department of Corrections. The bulk of the litigation involves the civil defense of claims filed on behalf of inmates. Other major areas of practice include defending excessive use of force and employment discrimination cases.
