DCF, Family Services and Child Development
Nine attorneys comprise the legal team that represents the Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services and Child Development Divisions. The majority of attorneys litigate Termination of Parental Rights cases. One attorney is principally responsible for researching and writing the appeals that may result from that litigation. The attorney representing Child Development also handles foster and day care licensing issues, assorted other juvenile matters, general counsel work, and legislative and policy matters.
The DCF Family Services and Child Development Division attorneys can be reached at (802) 241-2821
