DVHA

Five attorneys and one administrative assistant provide legal representation to the the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA). This legal group represents DVHA at administrative hearings and in other forums in matters relating to coverage questions regarding Vermont's various health care assistance programs including Medicaid, Dr. Dynasaur, the Vermont Health Access Program (VHAP), and VHAP-Pharmacy. The legal group also offers general counsel assistance and helps in the review of policy and legislation.
